Who manages the engineer day to day?
For an Individual Specialist, your technical lead does. For a Pod, our tech lead runs delivery and reports to your product owner. For a Product Team, our delivery manager is accountable for what ships.
What if the engineer isn't the right fit?
Tell us within the first two weeks and the engagement ends with no fee. After that, we replace the engineer within 10 working days.
Can we hire the engineer permanently?
Yes. If you hire one of our engineers directly, a conversion fee of 25% of their first-year salary applies.
Who owns the code?
You do. IP is assigned to you on payment and the work stays in your repositories.
